This original Marcus Samuelsson Black-Bottom Pie Recipe is one of several included in a Thanksgiving feature on Food & Wine. The Swedish / Ethiopian / Southern chef, author, and restaurateur of acclaimed Red Rooster in Harlem was inspired by his favorite childhood candy bar, Snickers.
